How To Return An Item
Due to the nature of our products, your item must be in its original unopened and unused condition with it original packaging, unless there is a manufacturing defect or mistake. You must contact Mount Medix LLC within 48 hours of receipt to return the item.
Please email info@mountmedix.com or call 855-MT MEDIX to obtain return information.
Return Exceptions
Product related accessories, such as pressure sprayers may be returned if it is unused and in its original condition and within 30 days of your purchase.
Liquid Product that has been opened or used cannot be returned for a refund.
Restocking Fee
Manufacturing Defects
Please notify Mount Medix LLC at info@mountmedix.com or 855-MT MEDIX, immediately if you feel your product is defective. Mount Medix LLC will make every effort to rectify the problem.
Shipping Mistakes

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
